passerby noticed a story in the Daily Tubby that Doc Martens might become difficult to find in Canada. My Docs, old and new:

Jetlag. Slept in until 11. But – lots of work to do today, so no more padding about the house in my socks.

I was even busier than I thought I’d be, so no updates while I was away. The only note I want to make is that Anaheim is a wasteland, and I’m very glad to be back in civilization.

I was at the ACC – the American College of Cardiology Annual Scientific Sessions. They have a big trade show at which we exhibited. More tech in there than you can shake a stick at. Everything from highly-developed (i.e., not pie-in-the-sky) biotech, to pharma research that would make you blush, to some really interesting net plays and wireless wireless wireless. Of course we were the belles of the ball though. I am biased.
