highindustrial always looks great. I am jealous of his most recent design idea. But then again I wouldn’t be able to commit to such a design. I’m not that confident about my aesthetic sense.

kids – the venerable Mr. Utsler (I actually think I might be older than he is) has redesigned Metacubed and the rest. I must say that it looks great, and will work very well for me first thing in the morning when I’m trying to figure out whether I’m quite alive or not.

I missed all
of the signs in the 0sil8.minneapolis sign project on my recent trip to Minneapolis, but it’s a little ironic that I did spend some time looking at other signs while I was there – the local signage is very different than here in Montreal. I admired the full-wall sign at The Egg and I two mornings during breakfast though. It reminded me of the most recent (not the current) Pith and Vinegar design.
