Does anyone know of a company that provides decent hosted search services? I have been using Atomz for some time and it works pretty well, but now that I keep posts on their own pages, I hit their page limits pretty quickly (I have over 2000 pages here at the moment). I guess I could use the baked-in search within MT as well – if you’ve had any experience with that I would appreciate any advice as well.

I guess I should look into that eh? The thing I like about Atomz is being able to be very specific about what is and isn’t indexed. But there aren’t that many people who search here anyhow…

I never understood why folks don’t use the “baked-in” MT search. it is fast and focused and you CAN control what it searches…
Next best is Google. :)

I use Freefind (www.freefind.com) which is slightly annoying but at least it’s easy and free.
