Six Apart has announced the changes
related to the licensing and pricing of Movable Type. Looks pretty good to me. They got rid of the silly “discount” so the price for the basic personal license (above free level) is really $70, whereas before it was $100 with a $30 discount. As well, I think there’s a lot more flexibility in the licensing scheme that matches the flexible approach people have to using the product.

Boing Boing 2.0. Interesting the Blogger is a sponsor. I thought they did the site in MT. Maybe that’s changed too, or maybe Blogger (correctly) doesn’t mind advertising on a site using a competitor’s software.
Anyone know
of a good source for used Macs in Montreal? I’m thinking an iMac (original design or the newer one) might be perfect for a friend with modest needs and a modest budget.
