a party I was at in the paper: “…a dear friend of mine threw a martini-drenched surprise B-day bash for his (biological) girlfriend just last weekend. Now, I knew all the mainly straight partygoers there quite well, of course (a few number among my most fabulous friends and drinking buddies), a cast of this city’s finest dancers, musicians, journalists and divine rogues, including the owners of two of the hottest and hippest nightspots in the city.”
I guess I’m a divine rogue, which suits me just fine.

Wow
. CBC News: Bouchard to step down as Quebec premier: reports. Huge news here in Montreal, and very odd. Not sure if it’s good news or bad news. [via Ed]
Big changes here
in my world. I left my job, but I don’t know what’s next, exactly. Put it this way: I am highly motivated to find something new to do on a daily basis. If anyone has suggestions for a very experienced (I started on the web in 94) web-world project manager with experience in business development, strategic planning, marketing, and more, please let me know!
There’s been a bit
of an uproar for the past couple of days over something known only as “IT” stemming from an article the other day in Inside. Well, as Evan Williams noticed, Mark Frauenfelder has some answers in Boing Boing today.
My question for the day
is simpler. I wonder what pighed is up to? His site says he’s an artist/illustrator at Xerox/PARC.
