Privacy and pseudonymity
Ian Goldberg published this paper in 1997. Fascinating – it lays the direction that ZKS has gone, up to and including the agreement with Brands this week.
Freedom:
Freedom: Zero Knowledge Systems – I mentioned them earlier in the week – they are shipping software that pseudonymizes your travels online. Good idea. The real, “sticky” traffic on the web is social traffic, which can’t be pseudo. Hmmm.
The trial:

Leaving town:
It’s hardly a testament to the strength of the Montreal industry, but still it’s worthy to note that a prominent member of the local web production community is leaving Montreal for LA soon. Joya Balfour is best known for founding Webgrrls’ Montreal chapter. Bye Joya!
