Derek Powazek put up his pictures from SXSW. I’m new to weblogging and sort of an outsider considering that my web life isn’t really as a designer but in content and management (and of course virtual communities), so I didn’t feel the deep yearning to go there that some did. But Derek’s pics are beautiful, and really show off a lovely group of folks.

The St Patrick’s Day Parade
was held today. It was beautiful out, sunny and warm. A float went by blasting “Sunday Bloody Sunday”. Uh, yah. Smooth.
I think I found
an apartment last night – a friend has decided to move. I’m about 95% sure. I just have to go over and see it one more time to be sure. The only problem – no washer and dryer hookups. But it’s about $300 less than I thought I’d have to pay, and it’s in an old, big-boned building not a duplex or triplex like we see a lot of around here.
This could be a problem.
